As a principal of one of Texas’ largest construction-focused law firms, Kyle has represented national and international construction companies in numerous high-stakes legal cases, resulting in 7- and 8-figure damage awards in favor of his firm’s clients. He has been recognized as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America in the field of Construction Law and a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers®. As a leader in his industry, he serves as the Young Lawyer’s Representative for the Construction Section of the State Bar of Texas and hosts the Basic Course in Texas Construction Law.

Endurance Athlete

Kyle finds meaning in conquering ultra-distance endurance athletics events. In 2021, he completed the Leadville 100 Trail Run — a 100-mile footrace across the Rocky Mountains — and raised more than $12,500 for charity in the process. He followed that up in 2023 by running the Habanero Hundred — a 100-mile footrace in the dog days of Texas’s legendary summer heat, with temperatures reaching 107 degrees Fahrenheit.

Family Man

Kyle (or Zunk as his wife and friends call him) married his beautiful bride, Hannah, in 2017. They have two boys, Finley and Ladd, and a black lab mix, Luna.

Kyle and Hannah passionately support their local church in San Antonio through financial giving and Kyle’s service on the advisory board, where his legal training and goal-oriented practical experience provide valuable insight.
